Nina Kuligowski, FNP-C

Nongnuch "Nina" Kuligowski, FNP-C — also known to patients as Nuch — is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Kasorn Wellness, a modern wellness practice specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and longevity medicine delivered through telemedicine.

After years in traditional primary care, Nina founded Kasorn Wellness — named in honor of her mother, Kasorn — to deliver the kind of care she believes every patient deserves: unhurried, deeply personal, and focused on optimization rather than symptom management. Her practice centers on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), menopause and perimenopause care, thyroid optimization, and evidence-based medical weight loss with GLP-1 and GLP/GIP medications.
