Kasorn Concierge Membership is designed for patients who prefer ongoing clinical care while having eligible prescriptions sent to their preferred pharmacy.
When clinically appropriate, patients may use their insurance benefits for eligible prescription medications.
Examples may include medications related to:
- Weight Management
- Women's HRT
- Men's TRT
- Thyroid Care
- Metabolic Health
- Other appropriate wellness or primary-care needs
Medication coverage, prior authorization requirements, formulary status, deductibles, copays, and out-of-pocket costs are determined by the patient's individual insurance plan. Coverage cannot be guaranteed.
